green Río Yayabo reflects the lush vegetation and
the famous Puente Yayabo (Yayabo Bridge) in
the city of Sancti Spíritus. Built by the Spanish in
1815, the brick bridge is still carrying Sancti
Spíritus' major traffic - pedestrians, horse-drawn
carriages and motor vehicles. |
